Rest & relaxation

Even though I've been sick, yesterday I was able to get out of the house and enjoy the amazing sunshine in the middle of winter (well that time of year Auckland calls winter!).

A friend from work and I went exploring North Auckland in particular Devonport, where the old war trenches are! The crystal clear sky gave us incredible 360 degree views of Auckland from the top of the retired war mountain. 

Then we enjoyed walking around the suburb of Devonport and Maggie even got a chance to do some yoga! (She's gotta teach me this!)
